Fantasy Land II

i should probably start by saying that if you believe in a guy, you should go for him in your draft. that means if you like marshawn lynch for whatever reason and you have the fifth or so pick, grab him , dont hesitate, hes your guy. dont feel like youre reaching or dont feel like you have to take the veteran whos done more times, the risk taking (if thats what you call it) will win you the draft.
btw that doesnt mean im taking chris johnson with the seventh overall pick. i probably should ahve explained before that he was merely a late rounder to take a chance on.
this year i beleve in (i did the rb's already)- marc bulger, eli manning, roddy white, santonio holmes, reggie brown, anthony gonzalez, sidney rice, jeremy shockey, alge crumpler, owen daniels, greg olsen, ben utecht, the packers d, cowboys d, josh brown. again, these are high value late picks that could make the difference in competing or sucking in your league. all these guys are not rated highly but for one reason or another have a great chance at producing at the level of players drafted 2-3 rounds before them. real quick, bulger was injured last year as was most of his mammoth o-line, as was his top 5 rb steven jackson. before last year he was always top 5 fantasy qb. now on most boards hes after jay cutler. eli is self-explanatory. santonio holmes quietly developed into a serious deep threat opposite hines. he is young and will only improve barring injury. shockey is rated around tenth on most lists. hes on a team now that went out and gave up a lot to get him, so coming in you get the feeling they want to use him. he gets to catch passes from a top 5 qb. he is healthy. he is determined to prove a few people wrong (ahem! jerry reese). and he is playing for a familiar face in sean payton who just so happened to be his offensive coordinator when had his best years. he will make it look like a horrible trade. packers d have everything - speed, ferocity, experience, playmaking ability. kampman, hawk, bigby are nice to watch. josh brown is going to a new team (stl) and a new offense that is going to play much better than it did last yr. and being in a dome doesnt hurt.

here is how my first draft went. i thought it went well.
